These are the best chocolate cupcakes ever, in my opinion. I use this recipe from the King Arthur Flour website and just make cupcakes instead of their coffee chocolate cake. The recipe makes about 30 cupcakes. So, if you don’t have a sourdough starter, you’ll probably want one just to make this cake, forget bread!

Here are a couple of ideas to make some cute Christmas cupcakes:

These first ones are made with a classic buttercream with three drops of organic peppermint essential oil.

Christmas is only two weeks away!

Jennifer is a Canadian/American, living in the South of France for the last 18 years.
